| so yeah, today was my birthday Not sure if it's my alzhiemers kickin in but they're not quite as exciting as they used to be. I'm not too old to remember when i used to look forward to them. For like a month. I would have the countdown going an everything then couldn't sleep the night before. Not exactly sure when that changed. I turned 24, by this time in my life most mennonites have settled down, married, have 2 kids an a minivan. Do i envy them? absolutly not! Let's be serious, i have at least 60 years to get married!  Well it's time for this old man to hobble to bed, after i of course, consume a strong laxitive and take my teeth out. | | |
| Due to the overwhelming response and interest of my last post, i will not make up another joke. Maybe next time, or the next time I come up with one Well as some of you may know i just got back from Jamaica and I assure you we had a grand time. I don't have any pics for you but if you want the National Geographic version of the trip go to jazzika1856. Now i'm back in PA with a little over 2 weeks left til i head down south for another school year. So i'm preparing myself for that. Ohhhh, i sense a joke coming on, got it! What did the shirt tell the belly button when it needed money? I got you covered!!! ok that was horrible, sorry I had better end this now. | Speeding tickets stink when you're innocent. Well i wasn't innocent but it still stunk. I hope the summer is going well for you and yours. I know mine is moving along rather quickly and soon enough i'll be movin back down south. I've been enjoying tho not having to make meals or clean the house, and everyday when i roll out of bed about noon i can do whatever i want! or not It has been nice havin a mom around. This weekend is our annual Kurtz Kampout. Which is when my relatives gather at our place for the weekend. Now some families need a few drinks before they can get loose and loud and do something crazy. Not this family, all they need is oxygen! The next few days should be interesting. | Nothin like getting home from work at 9 on a friday night to kick off the weekend. So i'm sitting here at home all by my lonesome Seriously, i'm usually in the club by now.(ok maybe not) It's been hotter than a free tank of gas around here the last 2 days and it seems all I've been doing is sweating. Which is kind of weird because less then a week ago the weather was cold. We actually had a frost. For you ignorant south caroliners that means when the plants freeze. I was going to make a joke about the weather being like women, but i think i won't. Oh dear, i'm serious the radio just issued a severe thunderstorm warning with 60mph winds!!!!!!!!! They're telling me to seek shelter so i'd better go. | | |
